Jacky & Jeffrey — The Knotting Hill Place

The Knotting Hill Place sits on a hill above Lake Lewisville, and on a summer evening it looks like a postcard of what a Texas wedding venue should be. Jacky and Jeffrey drove up from Dallas, but the venue felt like a destination — removed from the city, with its own pace and its own light.

The ceremony was on the lawn as the sun descended. The string lights came on at dusk. The reception filled the barn, and the dancing moved outside when the heat broke around 9 PM.
