A downtown Dallas wedding at The Joule with the rooftop pool as backdrop and the city below.
The Joule is downtown Dallas at its best — the art, the architecture, the rooftop pool with the city stretching out beneath it. Jamie and Max were made for it. The aesthetic of the hotel and the aesthetic of the couple aligned in a way that required very little adjustment from us.
The ceremony was in the hotel's private event space, lit by candles and afternoon light coming through the tall windows. The reception moved upstairs, which meant the Dallas skyline became part of the backdrop.
A spring 2020 wedding meant navigating things that no one had navigated before. They navigated beautifully.
